Problem description

I get the error message

Invalid license key: Wrong OEM code

when I try to install Norman Security Suite or Norman Endpoint Protection.

Problem solution

You are probably using an old Norman authentication key. These keys are no longer supported by the installers. You have to use a Norman installation key. If you do not have such a key, please contact your local Norman office.
